WiFi

If I pop a 2010.1 CD in my laptop and boot up, I can then go into the config
and networking and set it to connect to my WiFi which is open and on mode B.

I then install Mandriva from the CD, it connects to the repository by WiFi and
updates etc.

The WiFi never works again...

Why?

Is it the updates ?

I don't think I can prevent them as it is part of the instal process.

I use Linux, not Windows.
