The solution was to disable IPV6 support in my case. I disabled it globally by entering: alias net-pf-10 off in /etc/modprobe.conf and rebooted. I had actually solved this shortly after receiving Mr. Beard's childish and uncalled for reply bad day or not. I had declined to share with the list because of his remarks and apparent lack of interest on the list by way of no other replies. I hope this helps you. Regards, Phil
