Where the heck did htpasswd go?

I've just installed 2010.1 on a friend's computer. and in the course of
working on it, I've discovered that there's no /usr/bin/htpasswd program
on it - and I can't seem to get urpmq to give me any clues as to where
it is.  It lists some packages that have htpasswd in them, but not the
actual executable that's used for creating those .htpasswd files for
authentication purposes.

Anyone know what's happened to it, and where to actually get it?
