Kmail problem

After I upgrade my laptop from 2010.2 PWP 32bits to 2010.2 PWP 64bits version, now I am unable to send any e-mail from Kmail. I know their is a way to fix this, but I don't remember it, so could some one direct me to the right direction. Thank you in advance. BTW I send this one using Thunderbird alternative.
