Im Neztwerk nach IP Adresse suchen

Hallo Leute!

Ich möchte gerne auf einen Windows Rechner zugreifen.

Allerdings wird dieser im Microsoft Netzwerk nicht angezeigt. Das Problem 
hatte ich auch schon vorher mit Windows, ich musste immer nach der IP Adresse 
suchen, dann klappte das. 

Wo gibt es aber diese Option nach IP Adresse suchen?
Da ich feste IPs verwende würde ich dann gerne eine Verknüpfung anlegen.
