Hallo Wolfgang,
hier (ebenfalls MDK 10.1) läuft Rosegarden problemlos. Schau doch mal, was die 
Konsole meldet, wenn Du das Programm mit rosegarden startest.

Falls da was Interessantes erscheint, kannst Du es mit

rosegarden >& /pfad/zur/datei_mit_fehlerausgabe

in eine Datei schreiben und hier posten.
