Frage zu lilo

Hallo Liste,
ich habe in einer Partition (bei mit /dev/hde8) einen Fehler in lilo.conf so 
daß ich nicht mehr auf diese Partition booten kann.

Ich kann aber eine andere Partition mit einem älteren Mandrake booten und von 
dort habe ich die lilo.conf auf hde8 korrigiert. Aber wie kann ich jetzt auf 
hde8 den korrigierten bootloader schreiben? Ist das überhaupt möglich?
