Try contacting them by email. They solved a problem that I had with a
purchase in less than two hours on Monday earlier this week.

I have contacted their customer service but they play dead which makes it
worse

I have called the phone number for the Mandriva Store on the Contact
page [1] however of the four languages I speak French is not one of
them. All I hear is a fast-talking French female voice for about 10
seconds, then the call disconnects. It is possible that the voice is
telling me about working hours so I may try calling later today. I
hope that someone there speaks a language other than French!
