I use the 64 version. the person from M support who replied was surprised but he did confirm Kadressbook was not in it. Now I found Korganiser was not in it, I downloaded it but am told I have a bad Kdpim core so it cannot install. Since I gave my machine to have the network card changed, I had asked them to download the updates. There were a lot they confirmed (I was surprised, just after installing, to see how long the list was). Kaddressbook is not big but it needed kdepim4 + many dependencies. Now it looks it still isn´t sufficient for Korganiser. > Have you got the DVD set up as a media in the Software Manager? yes > Note that 2009 does not by default offer the option to copy all packages to > the hard disc, you have to copy them manually. they are not on the disk > > The packages can of course be pulled-in from on-line reps; kaddressbook is > only 2MB, korganizer is only 1.7MB so even on dial-up it won't take long. > Note that you need to search with little "k"s and a "z" not a "s" in > Rpmdrake; I have been with Mandy since mdke 9 and never had this trouble.
