I have been in touch with Mandriva support after all my 2009Spring related problems .They tell me to try 2010 but it would be sooo long with my connection.... They told me the 2.6.31. was much better. I shall have to wait now for the box set Still, with all your help I have recuperated Kaddressbook and Korganizer. They helped me sort out my sound problems ( almost) but there is a bug with the printer driver which I have reported so still no printer.
