ssl_error_rx_record_too_long

After upgrading to 2010 this afternoon I get the above when trying to
log into webmin using https://localhost:10000/. There are no problems
when using http;//localhost:10000 however. I had this problem early on
when using 2009 but thought I'd had it fixed. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. On another note, I get this irritating 'scratching' sound
when switching between workplaces, any ideas on how to solve this? Sound
works great otherwise.
