Looks like your right Alexey, I never had much luck with wine though myself, I 
have written a couple of simple programs using microsoft visual C and NET and 
ran them with mono with no problem, but with wine I got fed up with all the 
dll that some apps installed, and so just copying the .exe to linux was 
hopeless.
