Error on restricted packages

Hello,\

Was wondering if anyone else was getting this.  Because I am a powerpack 
subscriber I am supposedly entitled to a restricted package upgrade.  I 
have done a clean install of 2010.1 and when I click on the icon that 
says "An additional medium is available for your medium", I go through 
the email address/password and always get an error that says "An error 
occured while adding medium"

I seem to remember this happening with the fresh fresh install of 2010 
as well.  It was eventually fixed, I guess through an update but I don't 
remember.

Is this happening for others?  And is there a fix yet?
