there are an umber of ways, but I am of the opinion that the best is if 
you use a computer outside your subnet, and try to shh into those ports 
and see what reply you get.

since I looked at the headers of the mail you sent, and see a first 
"received by" line that looks like it is your computer sending to your 
ISP's mail server that looks like;

Received: from unknown (HELO localhost.localdomain) 
(mmoo-l/[email protected]@94.140.19.226)
   by ns0.ovh.net with SMTP; 8 Dec 2010 21:15:08 +0200

I can make a fairly safe assumption (since I doubt you are the kind of 
person to make the effort to mung up the mail headers) that your outward 
facing IP (that is the router to the world) is 94.140.19.226, and if I 
try to SSH into 94.140.19.226:5060 (or any other IP that you have not 
opened on your router) then I get back (after timing out) a "connection 
refused"
