For "how to find," try man urpmf.
urpmf exiv
turned up a bunch of stuff, with a couple of things that appear
pertinent.
First, package exiv2-doc includes a section 8 man page for
exiv2.hpp, suggesting that such a thing exists, or at least once
existed, or (less likely) is an umbrella name for a variety of
things.
exiv2-doc:/usr/share/doc/exiv2-doc/html/exiv2_8hpp.html
Second, a whole bunch of .hpp files are contained in
libexiv2-devel (and corresponding lib64exiv2-devel for 64-bit)
but exiv2.hpp is not among them (though exif.hpp is).
libexiv2-devel:/usr/include/exiv2/basicio.hpp
