The main distribution machine rsync fell over a few days ago.  It 
was restored from backup kenobe but either the restore is not 
complete or the mirrors are not yet in synchronization.

Mandriva 2009.0 seems to be fubar (from one report I have seen) 
but 2010.2 has some problems as well, at least with the
carroll.cac.psu.edu mirror, which is the distributor to most of 
the mirrors in the USA.
