As root (or using sudo), on the command line, try (perhaps a few
times, if needed)
urpmi --downloader wget --auto-update --auto
If you have lots of disk space, you might add --split-length=0 or
--download-all to the command.
FWIW, it would help if you stated what you are trying to upgrade
from, and to, as well as specify what you did to get to your
current status.
