Removal / rebuild request: screem

PLF has a very old screem package, screem-0.10.2-3plf.i586 . Main has a
much newer one. Is there any reason for a PLF build of screem any more?
If so, can it be updated to match the latest one in main? If not, can it
be deleted? It's one of the last remaining packages to depend on expat0.
