On this specific performance problem, do you have any numbers of video 
encoding in 32 versus 64 bits (in Mandriva i mean), i'm not sure if the 
64 bits (except here for the xvid specific problem) is much better in 64 
mode than in 32 ...

If you can share numbers, that'd be cool :-)
