Wow, sorry my mistake. 


ffmpeg -i ChicharosMagicos.flv -acodec libmp3lame -ac 2 -ab 128k -vn -y
ChicharosMagicos.mp3

Works great. The first sintax works in mandriva 2008, so the sintax change.
