This does not work with vlc-0.8.6h-1plf2008.1:

I downgraded to 0.8.6f with smart, but it didn't downgrade
libvlc0-0.8.6h-1plf2008.1 to libvlc0-0.8.6f-2plf2008.1
and it doesn't work without that file being downgraded to.
Shouldn't that have been auto downgraded ?
