I'm maintaining fundawang.lcuc.org.cn as a plf mirror, but it seems
that there is no working rsync source:

distrib-cofeee: down
planetmirror: there is no such dir (plf)
mandrivauser.cz: unknown domain name
CoInTech.NET: connection refused
ftp.cica.es: connection refused
