enabling audio and video codecs for xvidcap

Hi there,

more than two months ago, I requested that xvidcap would be compiled 
using all codecs (https://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=42923).

I guess that enabling the compilation of all codecs (including aac, 
x264) would require to maintain a PLF packaging.

Would it be possible that anyone could make a PLF package for xvidcap 
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/xvidcap/) enabling all codecs?
