building for some versions

hi,

I'm seeing lots of messages about "I cannot build for x version", and I think 
I can help on that : I can build for 2008.0, 2008.1, 2009.0 on both x86 and 
x86_64 architectures (through a VmWare ESXi machine with all of those version 
installed).

I've already done some rpms, but I never signed them. So

1. Could I help on PLF ?
2. If yes, do I have to sign myself the packages?
