ogg2mp3 doesn't work anymore with latest lame. It generates garbaged files
containing only noise.
It displays the following warnings:
Warning: Bitrate 128 is invalid
Warning: Falling back to default: 128 kbps...
Warning: Sampling frequency 0 kHz is not a legal value for Lame MPEG1!
Warning: Falling back to default 44.1 kHz...
Tested on 2009.0 & cooker
