I see in the cairo spec file that the following patches are used:-

Patch1: cairo-01_directfb-no-accel.dpatch
Patch2: cairo-02_no-private-symbol-export.dpatch
Patch3: cairo-03_fix_ftbfs_withing_xcb.dpatch
Patch4: cairo-04_lcd_filter.dpatch
