Alright, as k9copy 2.3.1 is no more crashing on cooker, I uploaded the update.

Beware of using a theme different from IaOra-Qt or you'll find the interface
funny (well as opposed to usable).

And, ... the package was renamed to k9copy instead of kde4-k9copy.
