As a matter of fact, it's already fixed:

$ rpm -qR mldonkey | grep net
netcat

$ rpm -qi mldonkey

I just don't have the means to support other architectures, and PLF doesn't
have a build system to build the packages for other architectures / OS releases
automatically. That's why I won't be fixing it.
