ogg2mp3 creates garbaged mp3 files from ogg files.
I think "new" lame has changed its parameters:

This bug is valid for at least:
- Mandriva 2009.0
- Mandriva 2009.1
- Mandriva 2010.0
- Mandriva Cooker

I don't know for 2008.x but I suspect it's the 3.97 to 3.98 version bump in
lame that causes it to failed
