Traduction:
hugin has been built against libpano13 2.9.14, and will be removed if
you upgrade to libpano13 2.9.17, because the new package replace the
older, instead of being installable parallelously.

Solution:
don't install blindly new version from backports media. Or be ready to
face such kind of issue (force older version reinstallation).

I'm fixing the packaging issue in pano13.
