x264 and 2012 Cooker

I am seeing a few plf packages for cooker (2012) that have a dep for the lib 
x264. These are refusing to install looking for version 110 when version 115 
of that package is already installed.

The gstreamer 264 support and some mplayer packages and a few others display 
this error.
