 Problem Description:

 Alsa volume settings are not restored after reboot, even if you use
 alsasctl-store to save the current status, reason: rc script checks
 for existence of alsa state file (asound.state) which is now located
 in /var/lib/alsa/, not in /etc/ anymore.
