No, this is not the deal. The Mandriva iso should not be hosted anywhere.

First, because there are some proprietary software inside, alcatel
microcode for adsl for instance and second it will cannibalize the
boxed product sold on mandriva e-store and we will have more problems
in the future to provides free isos to contributors...

The cvs is open, you can grab and build naat* packages and build
an MNF2 iso. That's what florin was doing since beta 2.
