[Security Firewall] MNF2 Bug - "Mandrake Online"

I have registered and now attempted to "Update Software" using MNF2.
 
My customer number is: 050809-08M7A1-A3C4
 
"The system is unable to retrieve mirror url. Please contact
support@mandriva Online.net."
 
This is the exact error above including the bad email.
 
Im assuming it should be support-4qZELD6Fgxh/++bs/[email protected]
 
Why can I not get the mirror list?
 
What is the correct support email address?
 
We PAID for this this software!
