I think you meant the 10.0 mirror.

My concern is that I have no way of knowing whether the MNF2 package is 
the same as the 10.0 one.

Take for example the SRPMS for apache2 from the recent advisory.  There 
are different rpms for the
different OS:

fde6b2d1a9fea0cb99d965b1cc431de6  10.0/SRPMS/apache2-2.0.48-6.9.100mdk.src.rpm

d661143590371366ed74be65d5e425ad  10.2/SRPMS/apache2-mod_ssl-2.0.53-8.1.102mdk.src.rpm


Three of those are 2.0.48-6.9 based (10.0, corporate and mnf).  But I 
have no way of knowing whether they
contain the same code. It seems odd that they would go to the trouble of 
maintaining different source trees if
they were the same.
