Isn't this one of the strengths of open source companies? A direct
access to developers?

It's posts like these that make people start using yahoo emails instead
of their company ones. Because otherwise they just can't express their
opinion anymore, no matter how many disclamers there are. People can't
se beyond the email address anymore.
