[Security Firewall] Instaling new NIC

When I trie to install a new NIC, all curent NICs are "moved":
new eth0
eth0 eth1
eth1 eth2
eth2 eth3

then I lose ALL fw RULES...
How do I keep eth0 as eth0 when installing new NICs?
