Go here - http://www.abuse.net/relay.html - to test it. Also, you might want to think about using the blocklists at your end. http://www.securitysage.com has a good tutorial. I've found blocklists to be the only really effective way of blocking spam - especially the SORBS one that blocks all mail from dynamic IP addresses.
