it's an error in the pre-uninstall script. so this is called normally when you 
already have a samba package :  before it removes the package, it call the 
pre-uninstall script and then remove the package.
This may be used to backup data/config files/etc ...
It would be interesting to know where it failed however ...

Is there a way to improve error report in preun/postun/pre/post scripts ?
