[Security-Discuss] msec level 4: "allow_remote_root_login without_password"

Running 10.1CE (msec-0.44.2-1mdk).

I'm wondering about the line "allow_remote_root_login without_password" 
in /usr/share/msec/level.4. There's nothing in man mseclib. Is it a typo 
or an undocumented feature? It certainly doesn't sound very secure.
