What was supposed to be fixed in the -Fix kmail forward, forward attachment?
If it was the bug whereas the only way to forward with full message headers 
was to select "view > headers > all headers, then shut down and restart 
kmail, it doesn't appear to be fixed.  It seems the problem is still there.
