Hi.

Lastest vim updates for 10.1 lacks python binding :

Therefore, python script no longer works, while they worked in the previous 
rpm.

It seems that vim is missing a buildrequires, python-devel. Compiling vim with 
python-devel installed should be enough.

I am fixing this in cooker, can you correct this for the updated version ?
