Warly is the fellow I usually go to when I need something fixed on the 
mirrors.  mirrors@ is, IIRC, a mailing list for people who maintain 
mirrors.

sales@ should be a functioning address, if you're looking for sales 
help.  Otherwise you need to deal with technical contacts I guess.
