Yes, we kinda determined that a day or two ago when it took over 8hrs  
to show up.  Please, it's supposed to be being looked at and there  
isn't much else I can do.  =)  All I can do is pass the info on, I  
can't actually *fix* anything, and I haven't heard back yet from the  
fellows who can.
