Thank you for your response. For the record, I am not trying to be rude, just trying to secure my Favorite Linux Distribution. (I've switched MANY Users from RedHat, and Suse to Mandrake, and I would like very much to see it be the Best!). Fuming aside, I try to stay out of the lime-light so that others can gain some of the spotlight. If I have an issue that I cannot solve, I will speak up. Realizing that this is a Mailing List, I am looking for Mandriva to pick up the support on this issue, as Securing /tmp is essential to maintaining a running server. Is anyone from Mandrake (or Mandriva) working on this issue?
