The source is here: http://annvix.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/tools/rsec/ If you hit an annvix mirror FTP site and browse in the directory trees, you'll find rpms and rpms; if you use chkrootkit pull rsec from 1.0-RELEASE and if you use rkhunter (which I prefer), grab it from 1.1-CURRENT.
