It's most definitely there and ok:

You gotta keep in mind this is a big update, nearly 1GB of data.  If the
mirror that those mirrors are grabbing from is slow, then none of them
will get it.  You might want to give it another 24hrs perhaps to see if
it clears itself up, but the master is definitely fine.
