I am an old Mandrake Linux user, and still feel some loyalty in that

OK, I dropped Mandriva as my OS, after the "merge"/ruination of the total 
system (my opinion).

*However*, I clearly and with continued, great respect, remember all of the 
many hours you spent with us, doing fixes, answering msg's, and even 
corresponding in private, when appropriate.  You have done a tremendous 
service to Linux in general, as well as to help the Linux "cause" itself.  
You have helped greatly, the growth of Linux, its user base, and the quality 
of software available (integration into linux).  Probably also more things I 
don't even know about.

SO it pains me considerably, to see the amount of abuse you are getting since 
the "change".  You don't deserve this.  :o(
It is also with sadness that I see what has become of Mandrake.

Why are some people taking "it" out on Vincent?
This is the kind of thing one can expect from the "WINTEL" crowd, but LINUX?
 
Anyway, this is how I feel.
