I found a solution, add this line to /etc/fstab:

none /proc/bus/usb usbfs defaults  0  0

(and mount mount this filesystem of course)
After that the usbfs filesystem is back.
Strange, that entry in the /etc/fstab was not necessary with
the older kernels.
