There have been mandriva bug reports of this for some time now.

The new version of webmin from webmin.com is even worse.  I filed a bug 
report with them this morning.  Many modules report "unsupported OS 
Mandriva 2007" and don't even install like Users/Groups, Net Config, 
Bootup/Shutdown,.... all the modules that I use the most.
